McCollum for Jrue? Maybe Pels add Hart or a 1st?

Blazers: Gets a lockdown defender next to Lillard that can still put up 15-20 a game. Also shorter contract

Pels: Needs another shot creator other than Ingram when on bench. Adds better shooting and can also be a #1 option for them if needed.

It makes sense for both teams I'm just not sure they'll want to do it.

I think the Trailblazers add the extra asset, not the Pels.
McCollum is a good scorer, but Jrue is a better two way player.

I think McCollum is a better fit with Lillard. The defense has been fine. Holiday’s lack of an outside shot makes him a less valuable off ball guard than McCollum.

Also, I just think sidegrade trades are rarely smart unless the player is unhappy. And McCollum seems to love it in Portland.
