I think this is good trade value for Harden.

The Rockets would only consider this if they have a first round exit.
Harden is a free agent in 2022, so he could try to win a title with another franchise that has more potentail.
He could go to the Clippers or Harden could convince Giannis to come to the Knicks.

Houston get Barrett, 4 first round picks and they also get capspace to sign a big free agent in 2021 or 2022.
