I posted this trade earlier but it didn't go over too well. Seems like you guys think the Thunder need more assets. How about this?

Clippers get Chris Paul

Thunder get Montrezl Harrell (sign-and-trade 1 year $25 million), Patrick Beverly, a future unprotected first round pick, and two second round picks

The Clippers have already went all in on a championship with Leonard and George. Why not go even more "all in" and bring back CP3? He's exactly what they need.

The Thunder keep piling up on assets, and now they add cap space by taking on Harrell's expiring deal. If Harrell/Beverly are playing well at the deadline, they could be traded for even more assets or cap space.

Is this fair? What would you change?

It's not doable because you can't sign and trade a player with another player and s&t needs to be atleast 3yrs long.

Can't combine players in sign and trade.

This doesn’t make sense for either team & Harrell would not agree to a sign and trade that would send him to a rebuilding Thunder. He’s going to sign with whoever gives him his $$$$ + is competitive.

Also, FYI, the Clippers don’t have any 1st round picks until after 2026. They’ve already given them all away.

As the other people responded before, the Thunder will get much more from those Eastern Conference teams that really want him
