Cleveland and Houston

Cleveland receives: Robert Covington, P. J. Tucker, Danuel House Jr. and '22 first round swap.

Houston receives: Kevin Love

Why?

Cleveland is rebuilding so getting some assets for Love is a good move. Houston should look for a third star to pair next to Westbrook and Harden.

Kevin Love is about as good as it'll get for Houston when you consider how thin they are on assets.

With Love always being hurt and that huge contract, Cavs will have to add picks and/ or young players to unload him, not the other way around. The guy only plays 40-50 games a year and he's not getting younger.
