Kimetsu is right.
Ibaka isn't bad, but Smart holds the Celtics together. Any trades Boston makes will have to involve players on the back end of the rotation. Smart next to Doncic would be devastating, though.

you can't combine a S&T player with another player in a trade. you can attach draft picks to a S&T, but not another player.

You have it backwards. You can combine a sign and trade, though it is commonly misreported than you cannot.
And you can’t combine a pick (At least this year’s pick) with a sign and trade because the draft comes before the signing period. At best, you could use the pick yourself, and choose the player the other team wants, and hold onto him until free agency opens, but that’s very risky,
The other problem with a sign and trade is that it hardcaps the receiver for a year, as GSW struggled with last year.
