Pelicans get Julius Randle, RJ Barrett, and DSJ

The Knicks finally land a star player and put themselves in the Giannis sweepstakes. BI gets his chance at being King of NYC.

The Pelicans land Zion's best friend in the league RJ and avoid having to dish out a max contract. This will make it easier for them to keep guys like Zion and Lonzo for the long haul. Zion/Zo also get more touches with BI out of the mix, and the bench gets much stronger.

I think it makes more sense at a direct 1 for 1 swap. DSJ and Randle don’t hold much value. NO would rather just take Barrett.
