Clippers get Myles Turner

-gets a huge upgrade over Zubac at center, can let Harrell go

Timberwolves get Marcus Morris (sign-and-trade 3 years $54 million)

-gets a defensive leader who complements KAT/Dlo

Pacers get James Johnson (exp.) and the rights to the 17th overall pick via MIN

-saves money with an expiring contract and picks up a first round pick

Not enough for Turner.

This is only good for the Clippers. They get Myles Turner for a free agent? And why would the Wolves trade a pick to s&t Morris? Just bad.

I don't think pacers will accept that but if they do Minnesota should get turner. Morris is good but not that good to give 3 years 54 million.

Asdenam is right. If Johnson and #17 is all it takes for Myles Turner (and I don’t believe it is), then MIN would cut LAC out of the deal. Turner would be an interesting fit next to Towns, though MIN would need to abandon it’s one-big system. I think they would.

AGAIN? PACERS get nothing, but give up plenty.
