The Warriors aren’t good enough to overcome the Klay injury and there will be no fans this year anyway. They take a mega package. The Hornets are a lost franchise, who talk the hometown hero, who cares deeply for the city, into coming back and saving the franchise. The Hornets become a top 5 team in the East, and more importantly actually get some sort of identity through Steph. Steph is a fun mentor for LaMelo as the next generation comes through.

The Warriors would want Lamelo and Graham plus those picks combined. That being said, the Warriors aren't trading Curry. .00001 chance maybe.
