hear we go again. the breads have spoken for their sheep. this isn't even a homer reply, this str8 up Luka or Bird arguement. we are talking about shooter vs playmaking . Barrett as a rookie had to play butler role while Herro played Ellington role. who is better butler or Herro? only reason knicks make this trade is caa and kentucky.

Herro is miles ahead of Barrett. Barrett was an awful pick, especially that high. I have a personal philosophy of never drafting a Duke player bc it's almost always a bust pick, with very few exceptions. Duke players are constantly touted as high picks than they flop. I would always take a Kentucky player as they have proven, time and again, that they are far better NBA players, especially as high picks. Look at the past 30 drafts and compare the Kentucky players drafted to Duke players. It's not even close.
