Miami does not have a 2024 second rounder to trade. How about doing some research next time?

Wow. You think that was "hammering"? Really? That was just asking an honest question.

I sorry. Let me try again. [sarcasm font] With much regret, I wish to inform you that Miami does not own a 2024 second round pick. It was traded [Cleveland-Miami, 2/ 8/ 2018; Atlanta-Miami, 6/ 19/ 2019; Cleveland-Detroit, 6/ 26/ 2019; Detroit-Philadelphia, 7/ 7/ 2019] and is currently owned by either Atlanta or Philly depending on the number of the pick. In future trade rumors, please try to include accurate information for the betterment of us all here. Thanks! [sarcasm font]

Happy?

Heat doesn't really have the second round of 2024, it was a lapse on my part. It could include KZ Okpala or Chris Silva.

You can’t always get mad and criticize someone because they don’t spend all their time looking up every rule and future traded 2nd round pick.

May i suggest just put in "future 2nd rd pick" for each trade. No arguments.

I like Fredman's comments.
There are lots of resources on the internet to verify salaries work, and to check what future picks teams control. Posters should check these before suggesting a trade which may be unbelievable because it doesn't fit the rules. I've seen proposed trades sending out players a team doesn't even have under contract on here. Waste of time.
I've learned more about the CBA rules from Fredman than from anyone else on here.
