Perhaps, II, but Sabonis is $10 mil a year cheaper which makes it a lot easier to put talent around him than Siakam.

siakam's true value to the raptors is in using his contract as ballast to trade for a disenchanted superstar. add a decent center to the fvv, trent jr, og and siakam core and you're a Giannis or Kawhi for Pascal trade away from being a contender. meantime they can be an annual playoff team with 2nd round potential.
