magic should do what okc did last year. they don't have star Caliber player including isaac and fultz. they should take bad contracts with picks attached and hit reset button harder.

cavs: isaac, Ross

magic: love, this year pick if cavs can't land top 5 pick in draft lottery or next year's top 4 protected pick.

Cavs have no reason to salary dump Love. They need his salary to make the salary floor anyways.

Magic definitely say no Johnathan Issac is untouchable! I would trade Gary Harris Terrance Ross for Kevin Love + unprotected first round pick in 2022.

Cavs currently have 13 plays under contract for next year (8 guarenteed) and are $5+ mil under the salary floor. Plenty of cap space to match any offer on Allen and sign their lottery pick. There is no reason to waste a draft pick unloading Love.

Not saying Magic shouldn't do what you are saying, just Love is not that "bad contract" you are getting picks with.

Yeah, agreed Fredman. Even if they have to buy him out, it’s not pushing them in to the luxury.
