Cavs avoid paying Sexton max, gets a better fit at SG who's still has a few years left on rookie deal. Finally gets a good backup PG who will be on exp deal

Heat gets them someone who can be a 20+ppg scorer on the wing that they desperately lack. Sexton could stay at PG and still have Butler play the PG role on offense
