OKC offered SGA+ 6 for the first pick, i trow in the 16 pick, to convince Detroit.
J Grant is very compatible with Embiid. The draft pick is a sweetener for selling Simmons cheap, but that team has potential and they can use their draft picks to get a shootingguard (Beal) or move up in the draft (Chris Duarte, Moses Moody)

OKC offered Shai and 6 for #1 which Detroit shot down. You add in #16 and Hayes, including Hayes makes Detroit shoot it down again. Shai, #6, and #16 for #1 MAY get it done but not if Hayes is in there as well.
