I think that this is a verry good trade for both teams.
I like Fox and Simmons is damaged good, but i believe Simmons is going to have the better career.
Simmons could be the cornerstone for a contender in the right team.

Fox is good, but the Kings already have a good replacement in Mitchell. The only problem is that the Kings aren't ready to give up Fox.
