Kings get a needed PF and Pistions could try the Stewart/Bagley III Frontcourt having Cunningham, Hayes, Bey for a great, young team. Mavs get a force in the middle - if needed.

If Thompson + Bagley could net Grant, I would do this deal everyday of the year. But I think Detroit would want a whole lot more than just Bagley for Grant.

Y for now. But Grant becomes 28 and does not fit Detoits timeline. Bayley III needs a restart - he may have a lot of upceiling - and could be a great fit @Pistons, when he matches their timeline / age in a perfect way. Yes it is a bet into the future, like a pic - but it could work quite well for Detroit.
