Actually disagree with Bass. That pick actually has a better than fair chance to be a lottery pick assuming we are talking about the 2023 pick that is also tied to Houston.

@asdenam. Brooklyn Nets 2023 first: More favorable of (i) PHL and (ii) less favorable of BRK and HOU then other to UTH; more favorable of BRK and HOU to HOU (via HOU swap for BRK; via PHL to BRK)
In other words. Houston gets more favorable of Brooklyn & Houston. After that, Utah gets the least favorable of (least favorable of Brookly & Houston) and Philly.
So if Brooklyn and Houston both end up in the lottery, then Brooklyn will get a lottery pick which can be sent to the Kings in this deal.
