Cleveland receives: Kelly Oubre
Charlotte receives: Cedi Osman, Dylan Windler & two SRP's.

Why?
Cleveland gets the coveted wing. He's on a contract year so he'll surely be motivated, hopefully.
Charlotte gets some assets for a guy that will probably walk in the summer. They're tanking so losing Oubre now is no big deal for them.
