Toronto receives: Jarrett Allen, Isaac Okoro & Cedi Osman (non-guaranteed)

Why?
Cleveland adds the much-needed wing in Anunoby, & two versatile bigs that can stretch the floor in Achiuwa & Boucher.
Toronto upgrades their center position with Jarrett Allen, which allows them to move on from Poeltl instead of overpaying for him. They also get cap relief with Osman's non-guaranteed deal & a decent prospect with some upside in Okoro.
