Cleveland receives: De'Andre Hunter
Houston receives: Max Strus, 2030 top 5 protected pick swap and 2031 top 5 protected first (top 5 2032, otherwise 2 2nds) .

Why?
Cleveland gets a much-needed starting SF.
Atlanta gets some solid assets.

I think Atlanta would jump at that. I like Hunter but don't think he has that value.
