I'd take the Rockets offer if Sengun is included (which i dont think the Rockets will do)

You have to give something really valuable for Giannis. Even if they include Sengun, Rockets would still have strong roster, with Van Vliet, Green, Thompson, Shepherd, Brooks, Eason.
