Hawks get cap relief and a few seconds.

Can’t see this happening. You are offering two players that are substantially below the talent level from the Hawk’s you are getting in return. They cost about the same this year and could then leave. So it’s really just a salary dump for Cleveland. Lastly, the two draft picks are of little value since both will likely be near the end of the second round.
