I like Siakam on the Cavs. He deserves to play for a contender. But Indy has no need for J Allen. So maybe if you can swap Allen for more assets.

Siakam is a nice player, but the value gap between him and Allen isn't De'Andre Hunter and 3 firsts. Cavs pass.
