I think the Celtics should target Monroe instead Okaofr since he would cost a lot less value wise. Maybe try Zizic, Hunter and a second round pick for him.

Monroe is slow footed and looks lost on defense. He will probably not improve so I would pass. Okafor has the tools and room to develope and with some coaches he could become an ok defender, Monroe not so much.

I don't think Monroe is getting traded. And definately not for that package. Rodier? Hunter and a 2nd rounder? None of those guys even play? So Celtic lose nothing and get Monroe?

Brewer isn't good and MCW is just a stat padder who can't shoot. Sixers pass.

So now it's changed to realistic meetings? What does that even mean? This was the only year it didn't happen. My plan is not wait for Cousins or PG. I merely stated that they in 2018 would be the earliest they could even be considered for upper level FA. Also if you were referring to both of us, it makes no sense. I never said anything of them being appealing right now or getting Giles. Don't mix me up with that homer.

This year was the only year where they didn't get a meeting. So where did they can't get a single meeting for a couple years from top FA come from? Knicks also didn't get a meeting with a top free agent so your point is? 12-13 might have been the ONE season they weren't but haven't had impressive seasons besides that one season. We will see on Ingram and his weight but I have faith.

Also, I made no point about Lakers being appealing or not so I'm assuming you were responding to true gm? I'm expecting 25-30 wins next year then 35-40 games in 2018 when Cousins and I think PG come free agents is when they will get considered again.

Harden probably makes it over Jordan or Aldridge.

Deng and Mozgov deal don't decrease after 2 years. They decrease after one year and go back up so they keep a max slot next year.

Sure we have been terrible, sure we have been a laughing stock for 3 years. But every team goes through a dry spell. Considering the Knicks have been a laughing stock since after the 2001 season, I wouldn't talk.

The Knicks at best, will be a 7th seed. Melo is already 32 and has been a loser on the Knicks. Lee and Noah are slight downgrades to Lopez and Affaflo. Rose is a big upgrade over the horrible Calderon, but he's never healthy. This Knicks team is literally one knee injury away from Melo or Rose or Noah from missing the playoffs. They're bench is weak. Jennings is a shot chucker and plays like how street ball players play. Shasa is a terrible backup. I don't even know the backup for Porzingias and OQuinn was a non factor last year. Not to mention they are STILL running the triangle. Phill needs to learn the triangle will not work. You also brought up the terrible mangament of the Lakers, that's mainly Jim Buss and him being dumb. BUT, the Knicks have James Dolan who is probably the same or worse than Jim Buss. He traded a first for Barg but didn't want to trade one for Lowry. He traded Smith and Shumpert for 2 second rounder which one ended up being traded with Prigioni I believe. If they are higher than a 7th seed, I'll be shocked. Mark my word right here. Cavs, Raptors, Celtics, Hawks, Pistons, Pacers are all better.

As for the Lakers, they have been built up well since Dwight has left. They have 3 nice prospects in Russell, Ingram and Clarkson. I don't have much faith in Randle but i think Nance will be a solid player in the league. A person who doesn't know basketball could literally see the Lakers plan on offense. Give Kobe the ball, and move out of the way. It's unfair to judge the players on the Lakers from last year with no set offense. When Kobe was out, all they did was run pick and rolls. You must have not watched the Lakers at all the past few years but hopefully Walton changes it around with his ball movement and the players seem to like him so far. You are a fool and complete moron if you think the Lakers aren't on the way up or you're just saying it for the sake of the argument with true (who I could barley understand) . Wolves no doubt are the top young team because of Towns (who I'm really high on) and Wiggins but the Sixers are DESPERATE to trade a big and have no young guards with potential and have unknown prospects in Saric and Embiid. Only time will tell. Last point, but you're acting like Ingram will never gain weight. He's only 18, I have worries about his weight.
