If things don't work out in New Orleans this year could they blow it up with Cleveland

Say Irving + love + 1st rounder for Anthony Davis and rondo

1.) 15 Aug 2017 14:48:14
I don't see them moving Davis. If it plays out that long, Cousins for Irving makes more sense.

2.) 15 Aug 2017 15:04:20
What a ridiculous offer for a Superstar. Dream on Cavs fan.

3.) 15 Aug 2017 15:11:35
Anthony doesn't play for the pelicans. I highly doubt the Knicks are just going to hand him over to the cavs.

4.) 15 Aug 2017 17:23:06
Skills, really? The guys name is Anthony Davis, Not Melo and Davis.

5.) 15 Aug 2017 21:31:44
They are not getting Anthony Freakin Davis for Kyrie Irving and/ or Kevin Love. The only team with the assets to deal for Davis would be the Celtics.

6.) 16 Aug 2017 04:26:37
Uh, think there's more than the C's who have the assets to deal for Irving Class.

7.) 17 Aug 2017 14:36:59
You do not trade a Superstar for mid-level assets.

Interesting proposed trade I've seen if cavs get swept

Cavs - pacers
Kevin Love for Paul George

Pacers get an all Star for a player that seems gone! Love could work well with turner as well

Cleveland go for it all next year with lebron , Kyrie and Paul George hopefully convincing him to stay ( i'd trade T Thompson for a rim Protecting big with range as well ie ibaka , lopez, dieng )

1.) 09 Jun 2017 06:41:47
Not sure if Pacers would prefer Love over a package they may get from Lakers but George would be a very good pickup for Cavs even without any guarantee of resigning. He'd give them a defensive upgrade and more versatility that I think would be worth the risk of him staying only 1 year. I think the opportunity to contend is all he wants so I think he could potentially stay.

2.) 09 Jun 2017 10:07:05
Jaw -- If all George wants is to play on a contending team, why is he so interested in the Lakers? Even with George, the LAL are nowhere near contending for a title. It would seem to me that George's top priority is playing for the Lakers, then money and/ or a title shot.

3.) 09 Jun 2017 10:47:02
I'm sure the opportunity to play with Lebron and compete for a title could be very persuading

He can always play for the lakers once lebron finally slows down and still be the lakers franchise player.

4.) 10 Jun 2017 07:09:44
If Indy doesn't make drastic upgrades to their current roster this off season that results in another superstar to pair him with then PG13 is heading back to his hometown to resurrect the purple and gold either via trade or as a FA in 2018. LA is going to do what is necessary to have the cap space for a 2nd max deal player to join him. If they can keep the majority of their young talent while adding PG13 and fellow 2018 UFA Cousins they would be back to the WCF's almost immediately. Assuming Ingram, Russell, and their #2 pic (hopefully Fox or Jackson) are able to realize their potential.

Cle - nets

Tristan Thompson for brook Lopez

17 May 2017 09:19:49
76ers - Celtics

Simple trade that helps both teams

Boston Recieve - j okafor
76ers Recieve - j brown

1.) 17 May 2017 10:13:46
Boston says no I'm sure they could get a much better return the that.

2.) 17 May 2017 13:39:32
Boston doesn't just say no, they laugh Philly off the phone. Philly needed to move a center this past season, and moved Noel for pretty much just two second round picks. If they could have gotten anything for Okafor, I'm sure they would have moved him instead. No way is Boston moving Brown for him unless you also want to include that #3 pick. That honestly would be a lateral move, as that pick would likely be Jackson who's a very similar player, but less developed.

PHILLY Trade J. Okafor

PHX Trade B. Knight

Depth charts
PG - Knight / Bayless
SG - Henderson / stauskas / Luwawu
SF - Covington / (Tatum - 4th)
PF - Simmons / Saric
C - Embiid / Holmes / resign Splitter

PG - Bledsoe / Ulis
SG - Booker / ( Jackson - 2nd)
SF - Warren / Dudley
PF - Chriss / Williams / Bender
C - Okafor / Len / Chandler

1.) 03 May 2017 20:43:39
Philly should have no interest in knight.

Stoked the grizzlies picked up my favourite player Ben McLemore !

Hopefully can fulfill some of that potential

Pg Conley
Sg McLemore
Sf parsons
Pf Green
C Gasol

Not a terrible starting lineup should finish 5-7 in the west

1.) 04 Jul 2017 05:52:36
If they can stay healthy.

2.) 04 Jul 2017 11:10:53
McLemore probably will not start and Parsons can't stay healthy.

3.) 05 Jul 2017 09:25:53
Agree parsons is a liability but mclemore has high chance of starting now that tony Allen probably won't return.

Where will Chris Bosh head next year ( if healthy )

Personally would love to see him with John wall and the wizards

Decent starting 5
Pg - Wall
Sg - beal
Sf - porter
Pf - bosh
C - gortat

1.) 25 May 2017 10:52:19
Bosh at center and Markief Morris at the 4 would be better

2.) 26 May 2017 15:30:21
If healthy, Houston might be an option. He almost signed there 3 years ago and would still be a solid fit and starter. Boston could be a solid fit. Utah would be a great fit. He and Gobert complement each other well and they need more guys who can create offense. I don't think you could count out the Spurs, Warriors, and Cavs. Some desperate teams like the Clippers, Bulls, and Pacers could go after him pretty hard. It's a pretty big if weather or not he'll ever play again though.

11 May 2017 12:06:52
My draft predictions

1. Fultz - Philadelphia (via kings)
2. Jackson - Orlando
3. Ball - Boston
4. Tatum - Phoenix
5. Monk - Philadelphia (via lakers)
6. Fox - Sacramento (via 76ers)
7. Isaac - Minnesota
8. Smith - New York

1.) 11 May 2017 13:17:47
Given the draft lottery's shady history, I see little chance that the Lakers do not get one of the top two picks. Would not shock me to see them get No. 1. The NBA needs a strong team in LA for TV ratings, and the lottery is the one way the league can help make that happen.

2.) 11 May 2017 16:12:29
Why would the Celtics take Ball?

3.) 12 May 2017 01:00:11
Best option after the top 2 preferences are gone!

4.) 12 May 2017 17:06:26
He does not fit in Boston. Tatum or Isaac or a trade would be a way better option.

08 May 2017 23:45:31
Rudy Gay has opted for Free Agency
Possible teams that he could fit

Wash ( if porter leaves )
Nyk ( if Anthony leaves )

Lac ( if lose 1 of big 3 )

1.) 09 May 2017 09:18:48
Since he opted out of his 14.2 mil salary, he will likely command something in 17-20 range (he could even get more from Nets maybe), so Pelicans, Grizzlies, Thunder don't have the space to sign him currently.

2.) 09 May 2017 10:41:31
I think Miami would be a favorable destination for him although they may be more interested in retaining Waiters and Johnson they shelling out what it would cost to get Gay.

3.) 09 May 2017 13:04:48
thought about Miami but think they will go after bigger fish ( gallinari, Hayward )

Not sure he will receive 20 mill, he's probably looking to secure a longer contract coming off an injury! Nets could offer that but I see them just playing lavert and RHJ more!

The Greek freak is that much better then Kyrie Irving it's not even close!
Everyone from Milwaukee would be fired after this trade.

I can't see those two teams trading with each other at this time since there arguably 1 and 2 in the east.

Memphis using pick 4 and dumping Parsons

Utah and Indiana could also try and pry him.

Any fast tempo style team that he plays at power forward
I do like the Shawn Marion type comparison.
