You might be right. But he'd still have to defend other point guards. Plus wether you run the offense thru the three or the one, you still need someone to bring the ball up, and make the right pass at the right time. It's just not as easy as Lavine just sitting around at the one playing like a two.

It's an interesting proposal. While it may help balance minnesota's roster I don't see them letting Levine go. He's just improved to much to trade him midway thru the process. Same with Parker. Both these guys could be all stars in the future. I just don't like trading players on the upswing, it's an easy way to get burnt.
Plus Levine cannot, I repeat cannot play the 1. So what do you do with Middleton? Play him at three maybe, but then what do you do with Giannis.

@ jaw. He's played alright this year. At 7 mill for a 3rd big he's a pretty good bargain considering. I just don't think he gets you two veterans and a prospect. Plus I'd rather keep him and move Jordan Hill.

I get it, but 1st off Aldrich doesn't get you mo, Mike and a prospect. He's a good 3rd or 4th big man, not more.
2ND with Rubio and Dunn, why would MN even want Williams. Or for that matter dunleavy?
Those are vets that need to go to contenders.
Hill and a 2nd for next year's 1st and the rights to pointer. That's the deal to make.

Aww come on SC, who doesn't want an injured crybaby on an expiring contract who will get three times the contract as his production warrants at the end of the year?

That's just how AW looks, kinda like McGrady always looked tired. Technically if anyone on the wolves has a right to complain about minutes it's Lavine. He leads the team in minutes and regularly plays 42-44 in close games. He's the one left out with the 2ND team.

Well the wolves spanked Philly pretty badly in the match-up they had a couple weeks ago. Towns worked embiid.

"80% of the league has 2 roster problems, a backup point that can shoot the three and a defensive big man"
Fixed that for you.
