Rockets/Pels/Clippers/OKC

Rockets = T.Mann; J.Hayes; K.Lewis; D.Louzada

Pels = D.Theis; L.Kennard; M.Muscala

Clippers = E.Gordon

Thunder = E.Bledsoe

(Pics to balance out wherever)

So Terence Mann+Kennard+Bledsoe for Gordon? Nah.

2.) 19 Sep 2021 20:06:47
Only good for Rockets.

3.) 20 Sep 2021 01:19:04
You’re giving up on Lewis way too early.

76er's/Rockets/Clippers/Pels/Thunder

76er's = J. Wall; T. Satoransky
2-'22 2nd Rd (Pels-via Sac/Jazz); '24 1st rd (Pels - LAL); '25 1st rd (Pels - Bucks)

Rockets = K. Lewis; J. Hayes; J. Hart; D. Louza; '28 1st rd (Clippers)

Clippers = E. Gordon; J. Valancious (move Bledsoe to Thunder who need to add salary for '21-22)

Pels = B.Simmons; G. Niang; M.Muscala; D. Theis; L. Kennard

Thunder = Bledsoe; 2- 2nd rd (Pels - '24 Bulls/'26 TB)

Big overpay.

2.) 18 Sep 2021 20:23:57
Just to be clear. That 2022 second owed to the Pelicans from Sacramento is 31-54 protected. So it's not really a pick since we know the Kings are not going to be a top 5 team next year. That pick has no real value.

Another try from a Pels fan!!

76er's/Rockets/Pels/Cavs

76er's = J. Wall, D. House, C. Sexton
2 '22 2nd Rd (Pels - via Jazz & Cavs), '23 1st Rd (Pels/LAL), '24 1st Rd (Pels -via LAL), '25 1st Rd (Pels -via Bucks)

Rockets = J. Hayes, J. Hart, T. Satoransky, D. Louza; K. Love

Pels = B. Simmons, S. Curry, D. Theis

Cavs = K. Lewis; W. Gabriel

*Love saves Rockets about 30mil and they don't give up draft assests to move off of Wall's contract; 2+ good young players to add to rebuild

*76er's get Wall without giving up any young players while replacing Curry with Sexton; plus 5 decent pics

*Cavs unload Love without giving up any draft pics and replace Sexton with Lewis

*Pels get much stronger defensively with Simmons and floor spacing with Curry and Theis will be a very solid veteran on a good contract in place of Hayes

Curry is a better fit than sexton. And is also doc rivers son in law.

2.) 18 Sep 2021 01:18:01
I liked your first offer a bit better but both are better than…. I’ll leave it at that.

Just put this trade in Fanspo and it doesn't work. Josh can't be trade to March. Satoransky can't be trade until October. Philadelphia unable complete this trade cause there a taxpaying team. Cavs might need to send Pels some picks or cash.

76er's/Rockets/Pels

76er's = J. Wall, D. House,
'23 1st Rd (Hou); 2 '22 2nd Rd (Pels - via Jazz & Cavs), '23 1st Rd (Pels/LAL), '24 1st Rd (Pels -via LAL), '25 1st Rd (Pels -via Bucks)

Rockets = K. Lewis, J. Hayes, J. Hart, T. Satoransky, D. Louza

Pels = B. Simmons, S. Curry, D. Theis

Philly might accept if they can keep curry.

2.) 16 Sep 2021 10:48:38
I agree but I thought Curry would be a huge upgrade for the Pels so maybe they can move Satoransky to the 76er's instead of the Rockets?

3.) 16 Sep 2021 12:37:58
To give up that many 1sts Curry definitely has to stay in deal.

4.) 16 Sep 2021 13:00:41
That's what I was thinking. Plus the 76er's get to keep all of their young players and the Rockets get a great return for a player they're not planning to use anymore. Simmons is really tough to trade fairly right now based on his contract and recent play. It seems like a really good deal for all 3 teams. But that's just my opinion - I'm a diehard Pels fan!

DAC, then chill on the picks.

6.) 16 Sep 2021 15:41:43
Either way.

76ers-TB-Warriors-Pels

76ers= Lillard, Covington

TB= Simmons, Wiggins, Hayes, Thybulle, 2 1st (76ers), 2 2nds (Pels)

Warriors= Ingram, Nurkic

Pels= Seth Curry, Kumingo, Wiseman, Moody

**I know most Pels fans don't want to move Ingram (and I definitely would rather keep him) but if you follow the cap projects in the next 2-3 years they just can't afford to carry another large salary and max out Zion and avoid the luxury tax.

Gotta be Maxey instead of Thybulle. Rich Paul wants klutch clients out of philly.

2.) 01 Sep 2021 15:48:33
Bad for Warriors. Great for sixers. Simmons might not be McCollum level he is definitely not Dame's level.

I agree it's probably not enough for NO but it gives them a solid replacement for Ingram and the main thing is it gives them huge cap flexibility going forward when they need to resign Zion, NAW, Lewis and Valacinus. I'm sure NO won't go into the luxury tax area in the future so this gives them room to operate going forward.

Good list here. Let's also add Pelicans still have $7.8 of 2021-22 MLE (say uneven trade regarding amount of players occurs, Pels could be serious players in waiver market) and they're sitting $19.7 million below the tax line -- pretty darn inviting to utilize that $17 mil TPE.

The Pelicans have expressed interest in Lauri Markkanen and hold a sizable trade exception ($17 million) to take the restricted free agent in on a contract he seeks, sources say.
