It would take at least one more 1st rounder next year (and still won't get done. Davis isn't going anywhere), but the big issue I see here is that you have Boogie starting at the 4 and ZELLER at the 5. Zeller, while I like him a lot (on the bench), and he can be a solid matchup problem in the exact right game. he's not anywhere close to a starter in this league. Not even for a bad team. The rest of that squad is actually pretty good, but you'd have to bring in someone to play the 4. Brown and Fultz could both be stars, and Bradley is a really good two way player. Cousins is obviously Cousins.

All that said, there's no way NO moves Davis, not even for a fair return. If they're going to move someone it will be Cousins. I could actually see them moving him for something close to this package, as they would essentially getting the #1, Brown and Bradley for Heild and the #10. That's a big win on their end.
