Raptors and hornets

Raptors get Batum and filler

Hornets get JV, Carrol and first round top 10 protected

Then raptors drop filler and resign Lowry Ibaka tucker and let Patterson walk. Raptors can go small with Batum and tucker on the floor. And with Batum they can finally have another scorer on the lineup

Powell gets 6 man minutes and have Joesph and Wright slipt time as back up.

I actually like the idea but then the hornets will be really weak at SG so maybe swap Powell for Carroll?
