Bucks can't pay him next year
with 2nd torn ACL on the same knee there's not many teams willing to pay him big $$
Bulls may sign him without the trade.

You just said it though. Other teams aren't going to want to give him a big deal given his history. The Bucks will get the best look at him and he's restricted.

They just shaved 3 million off the books in the Bledsoe deal, the cap will go up a little bit pushing luxury even further out, Larry Sanders 5 mill a year is coming off their books, and Parker already makes 7 mill a year. They could easily offer him something like 3 years at 20 million per and it wouldn't put anymore strain on the books than what there currently is.

He’s done in Milwaukee night as well let bulls take him bucks gets nice center in rolo having a really nice season can hit that mid range.
