The Celtics get Lopez, Markannen, Lavine, and Portis

The Bulls get Jason Smith (buyout), Meeks (buyout), Yabusele, Rozeir, Larkin, Ojeleye, Nader, Washington 2018 first lottery protected, the Celtics 2018 first, La/Sac first, the Clippers 2019 first, and the Grizzlies 2019 first

The Wizards get Morris and Baynes

The Celtics get 3 young players that fit perfectly with the overall timeline of the team. Lopez will be an upgrade over Baynes and will let them go big when they need to. Markannen will be the young big they need as Horford ages. Bobby Portis is a versatile player that can play 3 through 5 depending on the opposing line up and can help them match up against the Cavs and GS's small ball line ups. Lavine seems like a perfect scoring combo guard to come off the Celtics bench.

The Bulls lose some great young talent, but I think this can load them up for a rebuild. It puts a definite count down of around 4 years on when they should be competitive again and let's them take on some bad contracts later on with the though that as long as they come off before the summer 3 years of now, they will have money to spend before resigning their own players.

The Wizards get the bench help they need for cheap and reunite the Morris twins, who seem to thrive next to each other.

This probably won't happen and the Celtics and Bulls would probably both be leery. The Celtics scared that they miss out on an all time great in the draft and the Bulls worried that Markannen or Lavine become perennial allstars, but the fits for both teams seem perfect. The Celtics get all of the missing pieces to their team and the Bulls get the peices to rebuild in a way that has a much better chance of not leading to a team that's upside is the first round of the playoffs.
