Too much for Howard. Too little for Jennings. And likely too little for Fournier. Just because it fits cap wise doesn't mean they will agree. You are paying Howard 27 mill a year. Jennings 8 and Fournier 12. It doesn't seem to make sense. Besides. You really want a 35 year old Howard taking in that much money? He will cripple your team for he length of the contract.
