Both are very unrealistic.

Sixers have no need for Lou Williams. The Lakers are getting waaaayyy to much in this trade.

Second trade: why would Cavs trade Irving?

I'd do the first trade if I was the Sixers. Ingram Simmons/ Saric and Noel (without the second trade) / Embiid as a frontcourt would be nice

Sixers would be lucky on the second trade though I think all teams are getting pretty close to fair value in return for what they are giving up.
