HOU gets: F Carmelo Anthony
MIL gets: F Ryan Anderson
POR gets: C Spencer Hawes, Rockets non-guaranteed contracts (Quarterman, Long, Taylor)
NYK gets: F Meyers Leonard, G Matthew Dellavedova, C Chinake Onawaku, 2020 protected1st from Rockets, second round pick from Portland

NYK gets Leonard's 3 years, $30M compared to Anderson's 3 years, $60M, two picks, and a veteran point guard in Dellavedova. POR would like to shed salary so dealing Leonard's long term contract for Hawes's one year, $6M is a win and only cost them a second round pick. MIL needs outside scoring with Parker hurt and Anderson gets them some of that without breaking the bank. Houston gets their guy.

The Bucks would need atleast a 1st to do this and since they already have Parker, that's a pretty redundant 20 million dollars to have on the books. I'm also not sure why Portland is even involved. Leonard has regressed since coming into the league. I think expiring contracts would be better for the Knicks.
