The first 2 trades are pretty solid, though Memphis might want more out of Conley, but I think if Memphis can't flip Parsons in a Conley or Gasol deal, they should probably just hold on to him. I don't think it's worth a lottery pick for a team just beginning to tear down to move him. It's not like they're going to be major players in free agency at that point.
