Magic get: Duncan Robinson, Nikola Jovic and a 2023 1st round pick
Heat get: Mo Bamba and Terrence Ross

Magic could utilise Robinsons shooting off the bench whilst receiving a 1st round pick in compensation for his contract. Will have 3 1sts in the upcoming draft to use to trade up or to trade for a starter in the offseason. Also get to have a look at Jovic to see if there's potential there.

Heat get a back up big in Bamba who can slot in behind Bam and can also play some minutes alongside him as a spacer. Ross is acquired to add a scoring punch off the bench. Bamba is non-guaranteed next year and Ross is expiring so opens up some potential cap space for 2023 free agency whilst getting rid of a long contract.

I believe that Miami would only trade a 1st and Jovic for impactful players. Even if they are throwing Robinson's salaries. I dont even see the upgrade of Bamba over their young center Robinson?

Reports are that Miami is only willing to trade their 3 remaining 2nd rounders to "unload" Robinson's contract.
