Cleveland gets: Scoot Henderson, Brandon Miller, Mark Williams, Anfernee Simons, James Bouknight, 4 2nds from Charlotte & 2 2nds from Portland
Hornets receive: Evan Mobley & Jusuf Nurkic
Portland receives: Darius Garland & Jarrett Allen

Why?
The Cavs need to do some moves if they want to get out of purgatory. I really doubt we're more than a second-round exit, if we're lucky. These moves are made with the future in mind. Each team gets something good. Portland proceeds to trade Lillard for pieces that fit next to Garland & Allen. Cavs also save some money.
Charlotte swaps Miller & Williams for one of the best defensive bigs in the league with tons of upside offensively as well.
Portland builds around Garland & Allen.
