Portland fit...Kelly Oubre...

Let go of unrestricted free agents to get around Luxury tax cap restrictions, then..

Phoenix: Trevor Ariza, Zach Collins, 2020 1st round pick

Portland: Kelly Oubre, 2nd round pick

I think it would need to be Little or Simons, not Collins.

2.) 10 Nov 2020 01:07:38
Suns should jump in that if they don’t want to pay over next summer. Collins becomes their starting of and the pick can be cheap bench player or suns trade their puck and that puck to move up.

WARRIORS DRUMMOND S&T 4 YEAR 80M FUTURE 1ST CAVS PICK

CAVS WIGGINS.

4.) 10 Nov 2020 04:32:58
I wouldn't give both Collins and first round pick for one year of oubre.

5.) 10 Nov 2020 06:20:40
Ca, compensation is going the wrong way in your trade. Wiggins doesn’t have positive value on that contract. Drummond is expiring.

6.) 10 Nov 2020 06:22:16
Phoenix scored trading atiza for Oubre no way we'd go back and get him back. Aging inconsistent and no way. Oubre will get us another top 5 pick or he's staying. 20pts a game.

7.) 10 Nov 2020 13:30:59
Why in Gods name do people actually think Wiggins adds value based on his contract?

I stand by that it takes the #2 pick to move him...and GS can't make any substantial trades and keep their core without moving Wiggins

8.) 11 Nov 2020 21:05:46
DAC: like I said a few days ago, the last time Wiggins was moved, it was him and a first for a borderline all star. The idea that it takes the #2 pick to unload him is ridiculous.

Draft night trade...if Devin Vassell lasts until pick #9

Portland receives #9 pick (Vassell)

Wash receives #16 pick, Zach Collins

The Wizards should be in rebuild mode, but I could still see them doing something like this in a desperate attempt to compete with Beal and Wall.

2.) 10 Oct 2020 01:23:10
I saw something like this on a Blazer page today and it didn’t feel like enough to move up. They mentioned Atlanta, Detroit, or Washington moving down for 16, 46, and either Collins or Simons. And Portland drafting Vassell or Toppin.

we'll have to see what Prosper looks like, but Portland certainly doesn't want Hardaway and Kleber on their rebuild. If Prosper looks really good, or the potential to be good, then maybe these dudes for salary filler. Otherwise Portland can do much better.

Gasupo - this Knicks return would likely work for another "star that wants out".

why isn't Cleveland, I mean you, building around Allen and Garland?

horrible return for Portland. Let's dispel this superficial gunk. Salary cap space is needed to prepare for valuable free agents and/ or resigning/ extending key players. As everyone says, in-demand free agents don't want to go to Portland and Scoot and Sharpe extensions/ resigning are a few years out. So little value of salary cap relief in '24 in a rebuild. Swaps going from top 5 teams to bottom five teams are worth zero. And 4 picks going 7 years into the future that will all be nearly second round picks? Oh yeah, and Portland needs front court players, not 3rd, 4th, 5th string shooting guards.
