First trade for Orlando isn't bad as it clears salary but Fournier has been a solid scorer for them so not sure I do it.

In the second trade I think they are giving up far too much for Melo and he wouldn't be a good fit with that team. Orlando would be best suited rebuilding; we all saw how win-now moves turned out for them with the Ibaka trade. Melo probably wouldn' even allow himself to be traded to Orlando.

Don't see the point in the Magic getting Melo especially if they grab a sf with their pick. Also Melo has a clause in his contract and I can't see the Magic being a destination for him.
