I feel like the Knicks would need more. but again, we're talking Phil here. He might just do it. If DA likes Smith as much as some recent reports say, I think he'd make this move. I wouldn't be surprised if any of the top 9 guys or so become stars, so if Ainge likes someone in the back half as much as the guys in the front half, you're pretty much getting the one year of George for free.
