The salary is no where near working for Houston and Houston would doesn't seem to be willing to replace Anderson with Gordon. Plus, they don't have their 18 first.
It would have to be something like

Houston gets Jefferson and Melo

The Cavs get Anderson, Ariza, Ntilikna, Hernangomez, and the Knicks 18 first

The Knicks get Tavares, Frye (expiring), Houstons 2020, and Irving.
