Parsons contract is awful. The Cavs taking him on is worth a ton. It would take at least a lottery pick to move him. Plus, this let's Grizzlies get some young assets, but not have to go into a full rebuild. They get a starting center, some young assets, and this will give them cap space to go out and get some help around Conley.
