Thunder need to try and sign Rodney Hood with the mid-level exception offer him a 3 year contract with the last year being a player option. I say 3 years because thunder would then have bird rights and after the 3rd year if he would accept the player option they could then sign him to a larger and longer contract even though they will likely still be in luxury tax.
Then if they sign hood buyout, trade, or stretch Singler to open a roster spot.

Then make a trade with magic
Thunder get Jonathon Simmons
Magic get Alex Abrines and an unprotected 2nd round pick

Final move trade with kings
Kings get Ferguson and a 2nd if need be
Thunder get Skal Labissiere

New roster
Westbrook/ Schroder/ Felton
Roberson/ Hood/ Diallo
George/ Simmons/ TLC/ Nader
Grant/ Labissiere/ Patterson
Adams/ Noel/ Patterson

The trades only happen if they sign hood. I know all this won't happen I think the trades are far but I could be wrong. If this did happen thunder would have a solid team. They would have way better depth than they did last year and they wouldn't have to worry bout getting Melo touches and trying to hide him on defense. With this team I think they would easily be 2nd in the conference. After the Rockets bad off-season.

The Cavs would match that deal and probably are offering better. Plus, there is no way Hood takes a multi year deal on the MLE. It doesn’t make sense. I’m also not sure either of the deals you suggested would be enough for the Kings or Orlando.

Orlando says no. Simmons is worth more than Abrines and a 2nd. Plus, Simmons surprisingly likes playing in Orlando and they value him very highly.
