Eew, Reggie Jackson to go along with McCollum and Lillard? Feels like a terrible fit. Also, that's a huge downgrade in center for Portland.

Nurkic doesn't carry the same value with me as he does for you. I also value Powell higher than you, and see little use for Leonard, Turner, Hood going forward. I actually think this is a bit of a homer trade favoring the blazers as well. A guy who is coming back from breaking his leg for the 2nd time in two years, and who would have probably been benched for Kanter VS OKC can be traded. He wasn't playing, but Nurkic is slow on the close-outs, no denying that. Your not going to see a steady diet of Bogut VS HOU for the same reason.

the mavs are not going to take on 3 bad salaries to trade 2 bad salries------
what they will do is trade hardaway for anything to dump his salary--maybe someone will give him a second round pick he is a nice player but not worth it for 2 more years

then stretch Lee and the mouths have about 54 milliom to spend

perfect scenario is thompson and vucuvic as free agents

more likely scenario----randle, gren of toronto, and brogdon---i think you could pay them 17,10,17 and still have 10 left over could actually sign those 3 without lee's stretch provision---this is assuming they don't get a top 4 pick------dallas will take zion at one and if get 2 trade down to someone that wants morant dallas loves the virginia kid

dallas lineup

vucuvic or randle/ powell
portzingus/ weber
virginia sf/ jackson/

brogdom/ green
doncic/ brunson / barrea

team rounded out with mejri c amd either harris, or finney -smith, or broekoff.
