Philly won't trade up to 1st round. 2nd round picks don't have cap holds and they need all the cap space they can get for Butler and Harris. Plus in a weak draft class there's not much difference between 21 and 33.

I believe that's when Philly started tanking. Jrue Holiday for Noel, even though Noel was going to miss whole season.

More likely they sign a center with the MLE than give up assets for a back up with a bad attitude.

Thunder can't trade Noel. He would have to accept his player option first and he is likely going to turn it down and try to get more than a minimum contract.
