Memphis has stated that they want a first round pick for Iggy. I doubt a 2023 2nd (that is actually the worse pick of Dallas and Miami) would be enough for Memphis to send Iggy and take on $5 mil in salary.

Bad for both teams. Guts the youth in Detroit and isn’t enough for Memphis to take on the extra salary to lose Iggy.
