The Heat are not taking Paul without getting their 2 1st Rnd picks back from Okc. That’s Riley’s starting price.

Okc is not giving up those 2 1st Rnd picks unless they get in return Presti’s asking price. In part which is Dragic’s expiring and one of the Heat’s young assets.

Neither side will blink unless they are forced to and truthfully neither side is realistically playing for a championship this season, so they can wait if forced to until next season for changes.

Okc and Paul’s options won’t really begin for this season until between Dec 15th and Feb 7th. That’s when Presti will be forced to blink or not.
