Define overpay for Rozier? I think he gets a $15 mil per year offer. Is that too much for the celtics to match?

I think it is too much if they don't want to start him. Stevens has done a great job with PGs reaching their full potential, so I feel like he could probably do that with a cheaper option for a backup. I don't think I would hate seeing Rozier being the starter, but that's going to be an internal discussion. He was obviously a big part of the drama this season after the public comments he's made since they were eliminated. How much of an issue that is between him and the non-Kyrie portions of the roster would be known internally, and they'd be able to make a much better decision based on that knowledge.

$15M would be too much for a backup Rozier, but I can see a team giving it to him to be a starter.

There will be less expensive quality backup PG options, including a Pat Beverley.

Replace Yabusele and 22nd or Grizz2020 pick with R. Williams and send him to utah, they're not getting enough (+they'd need a conventional backup big)
