So Dallas gets a bunch of stuff for junk and a pick 6 years for now? Brunson is decent, but doesn’t have a ton of value. His upside is like low end starter. Most of Hardaway’s value comes as an expiring contract. That package wouldn’t net you Bridges let alone Bridges and Drummond.

It may be a prediction.

And what would you guy doing, not to weep about that amazing Mavs trade proposales - that btw may happen.

Simple summary: Detroit is a average team with high CAP and to by spending 70 ++ Million in Griffin/ Drummond it may difficult to improve. In the same time NBA is changing and classic centers are not the first choise of any team anymore Jokic, Turner . Randle. So not so much teams may spend 150 Million Drummond or do not have CAP for. But Mavs have a lot of shooting and such a big in the middle my be a good fit for everybody.

Only to give you some idea, it is Hardaway for Ibaka for Drummond. :)

J. Jackson is the #15pick 2y ago and he can score from everywhere and is a fast forward player that can improve a lot but Mavs have a lot shooters . Suns have a lot of wings and they like the efforts of Bridges but he may not a high scoring option so Suns plan already with Oubre Jr. and they have the old and the young Johnson and Johnson. Brunson is a already a 15 ppg 5dims Player. Fast, spend efforts, cool on shooting, young. I like him very much but also Bridges is a good young player, and both could find more time to play and help their Teams on such a trade.

When the masses tell you something, you may want to listen. Think of "the masses" as other team's GMs in the league. They are essentially hanging up the phone on you with these offers. But I get it, you still have to pick up the phone and keep dialing.
