Ok this may annoy Boston fans but will this work?

Boston get Jerami Grant

Detroit get 2 1st round picks (one is lottery protected that may turn into 2 2nds)

Boston use trade exception. If Grant continues to play the way he do, he could be the answer at 4 for Boston. Why does i think 2 picks will be the price? Because i saw what the Rockets get for Covington. That would be similar to that and Pistons might be willing to give up Jerami with this price.

I am all for it as a Boston fan but I don't know why Detroit would do it.

Ainge isn't going to give two 1st Rd picks for Grant. And like Nightcap said, why would Pistons want to get rid of him?
